Cris Martin

Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Cris strengthens business alignment and is instrumental in helping the organization execute its priorities and realize long-term strategic goals.

Prior to joining TWG, Cris was Vice President of Strategic Growth at Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners, where she led the growth of financial coaching solutions, which were sold into and seamlessly embedded within the workplace and financial services channels.

Cris also brings 13 years of product, distribution, and operational strategic expertise, as the former Vice President of Developing Markets Strategy & Head of Supplemental Program Operations at Guardian Life. In this role she excelled in consumer research, skillfully translating data into tailored product strategies, while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive significant sales growth.

Cris resides in Massachusetts with her husband and son. She enjoys watching sports with her family and spending time with their rescue dogs.

Cris holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Management; both from Assumption University.
